Grading a subdivision can take days of repetitive work. Setting elevations, checking slopes and setbacks, managing drainage, and revising it all when something changes.

drtwrk was created to give engineers that time back.

Developed with the backing of Clymer Farner Barley (CFB), drtwrk brings decades of real-world land development experience directly into software. It works inside Civil 3D to automate the repetitive work of lot and zone grading while keeping the engineer in control.

Born from decades of subdivision design

CFB has been designing communities across Florida since 1987, including nearly 80,000 platted homesites, 860 subdivisions and neighborhoods, and 700 miles of roadway.

drtwrk grew out of that experience. Engineers doing the same critical, constraint-heavy grading work again and again and seeing an opportunity to build a better way.

Tested against real engineering work

drtwrk isn't being built around perfect demo files. It's developed and tested using real project files, including the imperfect boundaries, conflicting constraints, revisions, and edge cases engineers encounter every day.

When something breaks, we learn from the file and improve the product.

Because saving time only matters if engineers can trust the result.
